1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your access to 80億分之一 (https://80億分之一.com) and the services available. By accessing the site, creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Account, billing and benefit provisions apply only if the corresponding services are enabled.

If you do not agree to these Terms, stop accessing or using the services.

2. Platform Description & Simulation

80億分之一 is a free browser life simulation game for ages 15 and above. Random birth, text events, key choices and a final recap form a life story. No account or download is required to play.

• Non-Deterministic Outcomes — Rules, events and randomness shape the story. No choice guarantees success. Country inputs are rounded statistical approximations; past and future eras use game estimates. See the guide and data sources.
• Service Evolution — Gameplay and interfaces may change. Illness and death use restrained, non-graphic text.
• Do not imitate events from the simulation, and be mindful of time spent playing.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use paid services.
• Account Confidentiality — You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access.
• One Account Per User — Automated creation of multiple accounts or exploiting introductory credits is strictly prohibited.

4. Credits, Billing, and Subscriptions

No game pricing plan is currently in effect. The following credit and subscription provisions apply only to corresponding services if launched with explicit pricing; they do not mean that gameplay is credit-metered.

• Credits System — If credit-metered services launch, the applicable cost will be shown before use.
• Credit Consumption — Where credits are reserved for a task, failed tasks return the deducted credits to the account balance.
• Purchases & Refunds — Credit packs or subscription benefits are non-refundable once used, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for the retained conditions: a request within 7 calendar days of purchase or renewal and completely unused benefits.
• Price Adjustments — Prices and any adjustments will be announced on the pricing page before they take effect.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Input Data — You retain full ownership and responsibility for any feedback, text or other materials you submit to the platform. You represent that you possess the necessary rights and authorizations for all uploaded content.
• Service Outputs — Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of necessary credits, you receive full commercial and non-commercial usage rights to outputs actually delivered via your account under the corresponding license, to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property law.
• Platform IP — All platform code, user interfaces, branding, graphics, logos, and proprietary workflows remain our exclusive property and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property treaties.

6. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories (AUP)

You agree that when using services actually available on 80億分之一, you will strictly comply with applicable laws and ethical standards. You are strictly prohibited from generating, storing, soliciting, uploading, or distributing content falling into the following six prohibited categories:

1. Pornography / NSFW — Strictly prohibits the generation of any pornographic content, sexually explicit or not-safe-for-work (NSFW) material, adult sexual acts, depiction of genitalia, sexually suggestive material, as well as non-consensual sexual content or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
2. Violence / Gore — Strictly prohibits content depicting extreme gore, physical mutilation, animal cruelty, inciting or promoting suicide or self-harm, terrorism, or violent extremism.
3. Hate Speech — Strictly prohibits discriminatory, derogatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, or cyberbullying speech targeting any individual or protected group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Absolute zero-tolerance policy. Generating, soliciting, uploading, hosting, or disseminating any child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAM / CSAE), minor nudity, or content endangering minors is categorically prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate, permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
5. Deepfakes / Impersonation — Strictly prohibits generating unauthorized realistic likenesses, deepfakes, or voice clones of real individuals, impersonating people or entities without consent, or engaging in fraud, political manipulation, or distributing severe disinformation.
6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement — Strictly prohibits generating or uploading content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, registered trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights, including unauthorized replication of trademarked logos, counterfeiting protected IP characters, or proprietary commercial assets.

Furthermore, you may not use the services for reverse engineering, malware compilation, cyberattacks, scraping private APIs, or attempting to bypass system guardrails and rate limits.

7. Platform Content Review

The public memorial lets players share a fictional life summary and an optional message. Public messages must comply with the content standards above. You can report unsuitable content on each card.

• Game Content: Feedback about errors or unsuitable events can be sent through Contact.
• Memorial Reports: Multiple distinct reports automatically hide a post. Hiding does not delete the stored record.
• Removal and Appeals: Contact us with details identifying the post to request removal or review.

8. User Reporting Channel & Violation Enforcement

• Reporting Mechanism: If you discover any content or conduct on our platform that violates these Content Standards or infringes your rights, please report it immediately to support@xn--80-wu2cnl73jixb.com with the subject line "[Content Moderation Report]". Please include:
  1. The content URL or task identifier (Task ID);
  2. The violation category (e.g., CSAM, infringement, non-consensual deepfake) and a brief description;
  3. Supporting screenshots or evidence, if applicable.
• Follow-up: Include enough information to identify the content and explain the issue. Contact us for removal requests or appeals.
• Enforcement Actions: Upon confirming a violation, we reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary actions based on severity, including:
  1. Immediate removal or deletion of the offending content;
  2. Temporary restriction or suspension of generation features;
  3. Permanent account termination with forfeiture of unused credits without refund;
  4. In cases involving CSAM or severe illegality, referral to law enforcement and reporting agencies (such as NCMEC).
• Appeals: If you believe your account was restricted or terminated due to an error or false positive, you may submit an appeal to support@xn--80-wu2cnl73jixb.com with supporting explanation and evidence for re-evaluation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform, available features and their outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our platform, its affiliates, directors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill) arising out of your access to or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform at any time with or without cause if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unauthorized activity. You may discontinue your use of the service and delete your account at any time via your account settings.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product updates or legal obligations. We will notify users of significant amendments by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our platform after updates indicates your agreement to the revised Terms.
